Founder & CEO

Involved in the Health & Wellness space for over 20 years, Ryan has Co- Founded and developed numerous Nutraceutical companies to reach over nine- digit revenue figures with combined sales over $350M USD. Past experience Co- Founding nutraceutical company from idea, formation and business plan while being recognized as a Top 100 Direct Sales Company in four consecutive years (2015 – 2018), Business For Home Magazine.

Ryan holds an MBA and is a proven business leader and entrepreneur with expertise in general management, marketing strategy, sales development, operations and finance. Seasoned International Business Executive responsible for launching over 25 global markets including opening offices in Tokyo, Japan, Seoul S. Korea, Honk Kong, New Delhi, India, Monetery. Headed multiple Scientific Advisory Boards including creating innovative product concepts and overseeing product development. Former college basketball athlete at Utah Valley University / Wagner College, New York City.

Brydon Cotter

President & Founder

An entrepreneur from a young age, Brydon began his career developing the first peer to peer tutoring app in Canada while on a football scholarship to the University of British Columbia. After exiting that company, he moved to sell side finance, developing relationships and raising over

$35m of equity in financings for SME companies

generating over $250m in market capitalization. With this experience, he ventured into buy side finance consulting for Cypress Hills Partners, a niche credit fund with exceptional performance. Brydon left that opportunity, founding an accelerator/ venture capital fund called Blue Water Capital Corp, which provides infrastructure, advisory, and investment to rapidly scale companies from ideation to growth stages.

Medical Corp. and of ID Biomedical Corp. until the time of its takeover offer by Glaxo Smith Kline plc. in December of 2005 where it grew from an initial $3 million market capitalization to $1.7 billion at the time of its eventual takeover offer 2005.

Fred Brown

Advisor

Fred retired from the Bank of America (formerly Seafirst Bank) after 15 years of service. As a Senior Vice President with the bank, Fred managed a team in the Northwest Small Business Banking Group. This group was comprised of loan officers based in Washington, Oregon and Northern Idaho who worked with small businesses with sales from $1-$10 million, to assist them with all their banking needs.

Fred joined Bank of America in 1991 in the Private Banking Group. He served as a member of the Banks Leadership Team in Washington, as well as the bank’s national committee for diversity. Prior to joining Bank of America, Fred was Vice President of Marketing for the 1990 Goodwill Games. He preceded this position, as a color commentator for Channel 13 in Seattle for Pac-10 basketball.

From 1971-1984 Fred played with the Seattle Supersonics of the National Basketball Association. Fred was the first player taken by the Sonics in the 1971 NBA draft and was the sixth player taken overall.
