Ryan Lewis
Founder & CEO
Ryan Lewis is a former collegiate athlete and entrepreneur with experience leading startup businesses to success. He has over 20 years of experience in the supplement and food industry and started two companies that have combined revenues over $350 million.
Ryan is a thought leader and industry expert in the supplement and food industry, as a 2 time President’s Award recipient for a Billion Dollar company and has been recognized as the Co- Founder of a Top 100 direct sales company during 4 consecutive years by Business for Home. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration degree and has experience opening over 25 global markets including the high potential markets of South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Canada and Mainland China.

Brydon Cotter
President & Founder
Brydon Cotter is an entrepreneur and finance professional, building a wealth management practice while on an athletic scholarship at the University of British Columbia. Subsequently, he has worked on both sell side and buy side finance, assisting in capital raises exceeding $20m generating over $250m in market capitalization.
In 2018, Brydon joined Cypress Hills Partners, a niche credit fund, playing an integral role with investment strategy, deal origination, and capital raising activities. During his time at Cypress Hills Partners, the fund deployed over $100m in alternative credit markets across North America. In 2021, Brydon co- founded a venture capital fund called Blue Water Capital Corp., investing over $15m into the CPG, psychedelic, blockchain, and green technology space.

Darcy Cavanaugh

Derrick Elliott
Director of Business Development
From a young age, Derrick has been a cultivator of human potential. He excels at building successful relationships. From playing and coaching college basketball to working in the NBA, Derrick has connected people and companies in prosperous ventures. Derrick has worked with people and companies nationwide. He has built progressive player brands. Derrick was blessed with the ability to connect with people on a deep level. Because of his friendly and outgoing personality, he has never met a stranger. His passion for integrity, teamwork, community and service comes through in his drive to be the best version himself; while inspiring and motivating others to do the same. He is constantly building people up. His dedication and work ethic are always admirable.

Bryan Brown
Director of Business Strategy
Bryan Brown has an outstanding record in customer service and training. He has the ability to meet stringent goals and deadlines while working in a team environment. Bryan performs well under pressure and is quick to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
Bryan is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with extensive experience dealing with all aspects of people, from high level business men and women, to young adults trying to figure out their paths in life. Also Brown has been in control of the management of former NBA players. Brown’s track record of success as both a player and coach, has seasoned him with excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with individuals of all backgrounds.

Fred Brown
Board Member and Advisor
Fred retired from the Bank of America (formerly Seafirst Bank) after 15 years of service. As a Senior Vice President with the bank, Fred managed a team in the Northwest Small Business Banking Group. This group was comprised of loan officers based in Washington, Oregon and Northern Idaho who worked with small businesses with sales from $1-$10 million, to assist them with all their banking needs.
Fred joined Bank of America in 1991 in the Private Banking Group. He served as a member of the Banks Leadership Team in Washington, as well as the bank’s national committee for diversity. Prior to joining Bank of America, Fred was Vice President of Marketing for the 1990 Goodwill Games. He preceded this position, as a color commentator for Channel 13 in Seattle for Pac-10 basketball.
From 1971-1984 Fred played with the Seattle Supersonics of the National Basketball Association. Fred was the first player taken by the Sonics in the 1971 NBA draft and was the sixth player taken overall.

Deborah Cotter

Professional with various CSE, TSXV and OTCQX listed companies. Deborah has held the position of Corporate Secretary/Compliance with Terrace Energy Corp., CRH
Medical Corp. and of ID Biomedical Corp. until the time of its takeover offer by Glaxo Smith Kline plc. in December of 2005 where it grew from an initial $3 million market capitalization to $1.7 billion at the time of its eventual takeover offer 2005.

Knox Henderson

Knox Henderson is a capital markets advisor focused on marketing, investor communications and raising capital for resource, life sciences and technology companies over the past 25 years. He has co-led with CEOs financings of more than $150 million on the TSX Venture and the Canadian Securities Exchange. Since 2016, he has consulted for Great Bear Resources (TSX.V:GBR) through its historic gold discovery in Canada and its meteoric growth from $2.5 million market capitalization at C$0.25 in 2016 to its acquisition by Kinross for $1.8 billion at C$ 29.00 in 2021. Mr. Henderson has also consulted, raised capital and investor awareness for a diverse range of clients in the life sciences, cannabis, consumer and technology sectors.
He is a journalist with numerous features on established investment media sources including the Financial Post, StockHouse and Streetwise reports. He is a former securities trader on Canadian equities markets with Canadian Securities Course designation and has an undergraduate in Journalism.
